Erasmus Foodlab: Plant-based cooking workshop

On Saturday the 11th of June at 12:00, Pinar Coskun, owner of Erasmus Foodlab, will teach us how to make our own sustainable lunch. In doing so, we will also gain some important lessons from the new elective. After that, and hopefully with nice weather, we will sit down together for lunch and some drinks.
