Kick-off Positive Impact Circle

On April the 20th, from 19:00 to 22:00, we will be launching a brand new network: the Positive Impact Circle. This is a group for (young) alumni who focus on making a positive societal impact in their work. The event will take place next to the river Maas, some 10 minutes biking away from the city center. The location is called 'OASE', a sustainable and social breeding ground where connection, creativity and resilience take center stage. During this kick-off you'll be given the chance to get to know the other invitees - (young) alumni with inspiring backgrounds in making a positive impact. What's more, you will also receive a lesson in leadership and Positive Impact from Kayvan Kian. And of course we will be serving (local) drinks and (vegan) snacks.

Who is this for?

To safeguard the network's quality, we chose to selectively invite alumni with backgrounds in 'Positive Impact'. Everyone present will share at least three things: young age (35<), studied at the Erasmus University and a Positive Impact profile.

Program:

Impact Leadership workshop by Kayvan Kian:

Kayvan Kian is an entrepreneur, teacher and management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Amsterdam. He's the founder of the Young Leaders Forum and was a guest speaker at Harvard Business School, HEC, Sciences Po and other schools. From a young age onwards he has been interested in understanding how some people grow stronger in tough times, and he hopes that by sharing his life lessons he can contribute to making the world a better place. He's written the book 'What is Water; How young leaders thrive in an uncertain world'. Kayvan will give an interactive workshop about Young (Impact) Leadership .
